Mandi Kaplan-Bevans, owner of Mandi's Hair Salon opened her doors in January of 2003. Mandi received her hairdressing license in cosmetology at Empire Beauty School (formally Blaine Hair and Beauty School) in the Fall of 1998.  She has owned and operated the salon for close to 20 years!
